1. What if I'm not sure which program is right for me?
Schedule a free strategy session call with me. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and lifestyle to determine which program would serve you best. There's no pressure and no obligation.
2. Do I need to be in menopause to join, or can I be in perimenopause?
These programs are designed for women in perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. If you're experiencing hormonal changes and symptoms, you'll benefit from this approach regardless of where you are in the transition.
3. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The 1:1 program offers four monthly payments of $400. The Small Group program is also available in three monthly payments of $300. The Large Group program can be paid in two installments of $350. Contact us to arrange a payment plan that works for you.
4. What if I've tried other programs and nothing has worked?
Most menopause programs don't address the unique physiological changes your body is going through. This isn't another generic diet and exercise plan. It's an evidence-based approach specifically designed for your changing hormones, metabolism, and body composition needs.
5. Do I need access to a gym?
No. The strength training programs can be done at home with minimal equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands) or modified for whatever access you have. We'll work with your situation.
6. When do group cohorts start?
New group coaching cohorts begin quarterly (January, April, July, October). Join the waitlist to be notified when enrollment opens for the next cohort.
