I have worked out and been fit and healthy my whole adult life, and then I hit 50, broke my wrist in the middle of winter and could not shed the perimenopausal weight that started to accumulate and settle around my middle. I worked at it for two years on my own, but the weight wouldn't budge, and I knew I needed help. I wanted someone who understood what it was like to be a perimenopausal woman and who had expert knowledge of how hormones were affecting my journey. Brandi is that someone.

Brandi's approach is considered and caring. She knows the only way to achieve lasting change is to focus on the big picture - it's not only about a number on the scale; it's about the "why". By continuously bringing me back to my motivation, Brandi made the journey one of learning, reflection and habit-building.

After our time together, not only have I lost the weight I wanted, I have also built lean muscle mass; gained a whole new set of delicious recipes; and learned about what my body - at this age and stage - needs to be and stay healthy into the future!
