As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of perimenopause, I understand the frustration of suddenly feeling like nothing works anymore. That's why I became a certified menopause coaching specialist, to help women like you break free from the confusion and get real, lasting results through both phases of this transition.

I'm also a certified transformational health and life coach, certified personal trainer, and certified fitness nutrition specialist. Since 2020, I've been guiding women towards becoming their best selves using my Menopause Body Reset - no restrictive eating, magic products, or subscription gimmicks required.

But I'm not your average coach.
I'm a committed accountability partner, cheerleader, and educator for women who are tired of yo-yo diets, constant restarts, and feeling invisible in a fitness industry that wasn't designed for their changing bodies. My approach is honest and straightforward, but always kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental. You'll get the real facts about what works during menopause, delivered with care and understanding, because this journey is challenging enough without harsh criticism or unrealistic expectations.

WHY I BECAME A COACH
MY STORY
I've walked the path you're on—and I've been to both extremes.

I went from being overweight and battling hormonal challenges due to PCOS, uncomfortable in my own skin, to swinging to the opposite extreme: severely underweight at 105 lbs from excessive exercise and disordered eating. I lost critical hormonal functions that my body needed to thrive, all in pursuit of what I thought "healthy" looked like.
That's when I knew there had to be a better way.

I made it my life's work to understand the real science behind nutrition, metabolism, and hormonal health. I learned how to heal my relationship with food, fix my hormonal imbalances, and restore my metabolism—not through restriction, but through nourishment. I discovered that eating is an act of self-love, and that the way we feed ourselves reflects how we truly feel about ourselves.

For the first time, I felt freedom with food and my body. I stabilized at a healthy weight, my hormonal functions returned to normal, and I finally understood how to take care of myself in a way that felt nurturing rather than punishing.

Then perimenopause hit—and suddenly, everything I'd learned seemed to stop working. The strategies that had sustained me for years weren't enough anymore. My body was changing again, and I needed new answers. That journey led me to become a certified menopause coaching specialist, so I could help women navigate this transition without the years of struggle I experienced.

Now, I use this hard-won knowledge with my clients - women who are losing weight, gaining incredible energy, building strength, and feeling confident in their bodies without restrictive dieting or deprivation. They're doing the activities they love, keeping up with their kids and/or grandkids, and proving that age is just a number when you have the right approach. They're eating foods they actually enjoy while achieving lasting results, because sustainable transformation isn't about perfection. It's about understanding your body and working with it, not against it.
