1. Which program is right for me?

Schedule a free strategy session — we'll figure it out together based on your symptoms, health history, and goals. No pressure, no obligation.

2. Do I need to be in menopause to join, or can I be in perimenopause?

No. These programs are designed for women in perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

3. What if I've tried other programs and nothing has worked?

Most menopause programs don't address the unique physiological changes your body is going through. This isn't another generic diet and exercise plan. It's an evidence-based approach specifically designed for your changing hormones, metabolism, and body composition needs.

5. Do I need access to a gym?

No. The strength training programs can be done at home with minimal equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands) or modified for whatever access you have. We'll work with your situation.

6. When do group cohorts start?

New group coaching cohorts begin quarterly (January, April, July, October). Join the waitlist to be notified when enrollment opens for the next cohort.
