I worked with you before. Is this different from 1:1 coaching?

Yes! 1:1 coaching is fully customized to you with weekly check-ins, custom meal plans, and personalized programming. The membership gives you monthly themed content, complete 4-week workout programs (home and gym options), monthly meal plans, live trainings, a community, and resources, but it's not individualized the way 1:1 coaching is. Think of it as ongoing education and accountability without the 1:1 price tag.

What's different since we worked together?

I've completed my Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist certification through Girls Gone Strong and I'm working toward becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. All of that specialized training, especially the holistic nutrition focus on reducing inflammation, lowering chronic disease risk, and supporting hormones through food, goes directly into the membership content, meal plans, and programming.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! No long-term commitment. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. But if you're a Founding Member and you cancel, you lose the $47/month rate if you want to rejoin later.

I'm still in perimenopause. Is this for me?
​
Absolutely! The membership covers both perimenopause and menopause. Many months are specifically designed for the perimenopause transition, and all workout programs and meal plans are appropriate for women 40+ regardless of where you are in the transition.
